Aytekin Huseynli's doctoral dissertation led to the creation of the National Children's Fund state program, which covers 7 million children in Kazakhstan and is financed by a certain part of the oil and gas wealth.

Akif Alaferdov is a well-known traumatologist, a descendant of Azerbaijanis who were deported to Kyrgyzstan in 1933.
Dr. Akif made important contributions to the methodology of surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures. McMurray received a patent for the invention of the "detachable fixator" used in surgery. Akif Alaferdov is the author of a monograph, more than 35 scientific articles, 3 methodical materials and more than 20 effective recommendations on the treatment of femoral neck fractures with surgical intervention.
During his professional career, Alaferdov was the head of the complex trauma department at the National Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and a member of the Special Scientific Council of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute. He has performed thousands of operations and trained highly qualified specialists. His services in this field were evaluated by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with an Honorary Order in 1997, and in 2003 he was awarded the title of "Honored Doctor".
In addition to his achievements in the field of medicine, Alaferdov was also engaged in social and cultural activities. For the first time, he successfully applied the method of solving two- and three-dimensional dynamic problems, which are important in the creation of piezoelectric devices used in military equipment. He is the co-author of more than 150 scientific works (17 of them are indexed in Scopus), 3 monographs and 11 textbooks. He has 12 copyright certificates and invention patents of Ukraine. He supervised the writing and defense of candidate dissertations of 5 graduate students. He works as vice-rector for international cooperation at Kharkiv National Radioelectronics University of Ukraine. He holds the scientific degrees of candidate of technical sciences (research and improvement of fiber-optic information transmission systems), doctor of technical sciences (development of the theory of designing electrodynamic devices with distributed and quasi-distributed nonlinear elements). Prof. who has more than 40 years of experience in the field of higher education and scientific research. Omarov worked in various academic and administrative positions - as a professor, head of the department, director of the center for foreign students and dean.
Several candidate theses were defended under his guidance; these works include distance education systems, production logistics, intelligent control models and methods of robots, control systems in the field of electronics. He taught subjects such as computerized communication systems, robotics and advanced mathematics. Prof. Omarov is also an active member of national expert councils and international scientific conferences. Since 2019, ICONAT has been chairing a series of conferences.
The scientist's scientific interests include information and measurement systems, fiber-optic communication and designing electrodynamic devices with non-linear elements. He is an academician of the Academy of Applied Radioelectronics of Ukraine since 2004. In 2016, he was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Scientist of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

He received doctorates from both Nagoya and Tohoku universities. As one of the leading experts in the field of developing and manufacturing electronic displays and sensors, he is the author of 105 patents and 28 technical documents in various countries, including Japan, USA, Canada, Europe, South Korea and Taiwan. 35 articles and presentations on screen technologies were published in international scientific journals, and 59 in local publications. He has published 5 books in Japanese, abstracts in English, 15 book chapters and 7 IEC standard documents, as well as participated in 9 government projects. He implemented these projects in cooperation with leading Japanese universities. In addition, he provided scientific guidance to researchers who received doctorate degrees in a number of foreign universities.
He was awarded the "Progress" medal in 2026 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev for his services in the field of strengthening friendship between peoples and the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
